Title: US Field Service Support Specialist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Develop a thorough understanding and knowledge of company products to provide support

· Communication of field feedback and support requirements to/from engineering

· Communication of field feedback and support requirements to/from repair

· Provide technical troubleshooting support to field technicians and area managers as required

· Dissemination of engineering changes & tech bulletins to the field

· Maintain organized records of all technical updates

· Training of new technicians / retraining and special tech sessions as needed

· Manage software update projects as required

· Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization

· Local travel required up to 20% of time

Job requirements

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED required

· Strong mechanical / technical aptitude a must

· Prior experience with reverse vending equipment is highly desired

· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

· Ability to effectively train other employees

· Strong independent thinking with the ability to proactively identify problems and provide solutions / suggestions

· Ability to handle tasks and prioritize with minimal direction

· Strong written/verbal communication skills

· Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
