Spare Parts Administrator

Role Overview:

Lead and coordinate the team within the assigned production area to achieve QCDS targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety). Ensure the production plan runs smoothly, all required subassemblies are available, and daily operations meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets.

• Process and track orders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and smooth order fulfillment.

• Allocate team members to workstations based on skills and production needs.

• Monitor production progress and quickly address delays, deviations, or operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and control plans.

• Promote a safe working environment, lead safety briefings, and maintain 5S standards.

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality or process issues.

• Provide guidance, feedback, and training to team members, including onboarding new employees.

• Maintain accurate production data and shift reports while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education: Technical high school required; post-secondary education is an advantage.

• Experience: 2–3 years in production; team coordination experience preferred.

• Knowledge: SOP interpretation, basic quality concepts, safety, 5S; Lean knowledge is a plus.

• Digital Skills: Basic PC/Excel, scanners, MES/ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics).

• Languages: Romanian (fluent), English (minimum B1).

• Physical: Ability to stand, handle parts within H&S limits, and use PPE.
