Job description

We are looking for a Quality Controller to join our team. The role is responsible for ensuring quality compliance throughout the production process of RVM recycling machinery. The role includes inspection of raw materials, in-process and final products, verification of mechanical assemblies, adherence to quality standards and procedures, and close collaboration with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and product reliability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality during the production and assembly processes

  • Perform quality inspections (incoming, in-process, and final inspections)

  • Manage non-conformities and conduct root cause analysis

  • Participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Maintain and continuously improve quality procedures in accordance with applicable standards

  • Collaborate with the Production, Engineering, Commissioning, and Procurement departments

  • Participate in internal and external audits

  • Maintain and monitor quality inspection records

  • Coordinate and deliver staff training on Quality Control procedures

  • Monitor and analyze Quality KPIs

  • Participate in Quality-related projects

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent)

  • Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent)

  • Ability to analyze technical data and report findings

  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Controller or Quality Engineer role in an industrial environment

  • Experience with production and assembly processes

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and/or ERP systems
