Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules in collaboration with manufacturing, procurement, and operations teams across multiple sites.

• Monitor production factors—such as machine capacity, labor, and material availability—to proactively identify bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with supply chain and engineering to ensure critical components are available to meet production targets.

• Analyse demand forecasts and actual output data to detect trends, drive improvements, and adjust planning.

• Facilitate effective production meetings: aligning stakeholders, escalating issues, and tracking resolutions.

• Maintain clear documentation across planning processes and production KPIs.

• Support optimization initiatives in WIP (work-in-progress), inventory, and production flow.

• Contribute to new product launches and scaling of assembly processes in alignment with Envipco’s RVM solutions.

• Ensure compliance with company standards for quality and safety in planning and execution.

• Commercial education with experience in the manufacturing industry or technical education with office experience.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in production or operations planning.

• Proven track record managing complex production tasks and understanding manufacturing standards, ideally in machine assembly or similar industrial environments.

• Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and demand forecasting.

• Strong communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.

• Adaptability to operate within a dynamic, growth-driven global environment.

• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset.

• Fluent in German and English Languages.
