Job description

Summary:

We’re looking for a driven Product Manager to play a critical role in aligning market needs with product development. You’ll work closely with Engineering, NPD, and commercial teams to ensure products meet market demands. This role offers significant responsibility and impact, with 50% travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights & VOC: Collect and funnel customer feedback and market trends into actionable requirements for Engineering and NPD.

  • Presales Support: Respond to RFIs, RFQs, and Tenders, and maintain a database of Q&A for future use.

  • Product Collateral: Own and update sales brochures, datasheets, and presentations to clearly communicate product value.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Track competitor products and market entries and provide insights to inform strategy.

  • Field Testing: Coordinate and support field tests for new products and markets, analysing results to guide improvements.

  • KPI Management: Define, track, and publish KPIs for consumer tests to validate product performance.

  • Commercial Representation: Represent commercial interests in NPD design and launch reviews.

  • Sales Training: Develop product training materials and deliver sessions for the sales team.

  • Travel: Travel up to 50% during phases of market research, field tests, and product launches.

Job requirements

Profile:

  • Education: Technical university degree (MBA, BSc, MSc) or related field.

  • Analytical & Organized: Strong ability to analyze data and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.

  • Technical Affinity & Commercial Focus: Able to understand technical details while keeping a focus on product value and market needs.

  • Self-Starter: Energetic, proactive, and able to take ownership and able to relate to SW and HW details.

  • Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages (German, Spanish, Polish, French) a plus.
