Marketing Communication Specialist

Role Overview: 
We are seeking a proactive and organized Local Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Poland.  

This role is focused on local marketing execution, event coordination, localization of content, and supporting the commercial team with day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with both the local commercial team and Envipco’s global marketing department to ensure strong and consistent brand execution across Poland. This position is temporary 1 year contract.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Coordinate local trade shows, suppliers, logistics, branding, and event-related marketing support for the commercial team. 

• Localization & Content Support: Adapt, translate, review, and localize global marketing content for the Polish market while ensuring brand consistency. 

• Marketing Material Coordination: Manage local marketing assets and coordinate production of brochures, presentations, sell sheets, and printed materials with local suppliers. 

• Commercial Team Support: Support sales and business development activities with localized presentations, marketing coordination, and timely execution of requests. 

• Social Media & Communications: Localize global marketing content for the Polish market and support the Online Marketing Specialist in ensuring content is locally relevant and aligned with market needs. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination, or related roles 

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 

• Hands-on and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail 

• Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or local marketing activities 

• Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus 

• Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. 

• Understanding of the Polish market and local business culture
