Job description

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist / Administrative professional to play a key role in supporting our people operations. This position combines HR administration, recruitment, employee support, and organizational coordination, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and employment contract preparation.

  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely guidance and support.

  • Coordinate performance management activities, including tracking evaluations and supporting feedback processes.

  • Organize employee training, development programs, and internal events to enhance engagement and growth.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture, and escalating issues when required.

  • Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and recruitment processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken) is required.
