Summary: We are seeking an experienced Documentation Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting comprehensive training programs, creating and updating documentation, and ensuring the effective dissemination of knowledge across the organization.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Create Training / learning media with a focus on didactic and technical aspects, utilizing modern media formats for cross-media publishing, including presentations, training videos and, web-based training
  • Organize and lead online and offline training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
  • Assess training programs and materials, implementing improvements based on feedback and changing requirements.
  • Develop and update installation and service manuals, service bulletins, and other technical documents
  • Provide technical expertise and support in response to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP)
  • Edit and enhance existing manuals and training materials to ensure they are current and effective
  • Manage the translation and continual updating of training content to meet the needs of a global audience

Job requirements

  • Completed training as a technician or equivalent. A degree in Communications, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable didactic abilities, with experience in creating engaging and effective training content.
  • Proficient in using modern media formats and LMS platforms for training purposes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong ability to organize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in training, documentation, and technical support roles is preferred.
