Summary:

For our Supply Chain team in Romania, we are searching for a Senior Buyer. In this role you will be an integral part of the overall Supply Chain Organization and helps achieving Envipco’ s targets for assigned categories and suppliers regarding cost, delivery, productivity, and quality. Moreover, this position will be key for the efficient and effective sourcing process, drive specific short-term improvements in regard to QLTC, ensure data maintenance and accuracy and help driving cost and lead time performance.


Responsibilities:
That position will work with and report to the Procurement Manager in ESR.

Data Entry and Processing:

  • Accurate Data Input: Responsible of managing in the ERP system the purchase requesition generated by all Envipco departments. Further in the process, it is included replanning or adjusting the purchase orders, based on demands and agreements with the suppliers.
  • Quality Assurance: Double-check the accuracy of data entries to prevent errors that could impact production and logistics operations. Collaborate with team members and departments to cross-verify data

Purchasing Monitoring

  • Documentation Review: Examine purchase order status (such as confirmed dates, quantities and prices) to verify consistency and compliance to internal and general regulations.
  • Real-Time Tracking: Identify the best solution in order to fulfill the required materials or services, Monitor time needed for delivery of the goods in order to have a smooth production, material availability, up-to-date BOM, and closing properly into the system of the purchase orders. Ensure timely schedule and address any delays promptly.

Administraive support:

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry & government regulations, and safety standards
  • Support in creating different reports and analyzing the demands, planning and supplier satisfaction
  • Document Organization: Maintain organized records of purchase orders history and tracking.

Job requirements

Qualifications:


    • University diploma/ equivalent or higher, economic and technical knowledge represent an advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Prior experience in purchasing area is a plus.
    • Great focus on challenging projects
