Summary:

Envipco is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and cultivating strategic partnerships.

Tasks:

  • Responsible for building up the business in Poland.

  • Develop and execute country-specific sales and marketing strategies (identifying the risks and opportunities to the business and recommend strategies to achieve growth and financial goals for your markets)

  • Build up and maintain network with all stakeholders like Retail, NGO’s, waste management companies, Governmental organizations, deposit administration organization, packaging companies and beverage producers.

  • Support in building a country / regional team (commercial & technical service) in the next 5 years.

  • Responsible for generating and maximizing sales revenue and profitability for the company by meeting or exceeding our ambitious sales targets.

  • Act as the interface between the customers and the European organization, including our production facilities (USA, Germany, Romania) and our headquarters in The Netherlands.

  • Demonstrate your results based on clear KPI’s and sales targets, short and long term. The work will be both strategical and operational.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Commercial or Technical education

  • > 10 years of experience in international commercial roles, preferably in automation, packaging, or retail / supermarket environment

  • Comfortable with detailed discussion around machinery, logistics and materials management.

  • Able to develop a value proposition for each potential customer (supermarkets), based on their specific needs.

  • Excellent analytical and strategical skills

  • Native language Polish and Fluent in English. Additionally languages is a plus, like German.

  • You have a strong drive to get things done but based on a clear thorough plan.

  • Able to travel in the country and in Europe.

  • Strong Team player

  • Able to build long term business relations.

  • Experience in leading a team is a plus.

  • You are a value-driven, convincing person with excellent communication and presentation skills

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office / 365 (strong in Excel, Word and ppt)

  • Experience with CRM system (SalesForce or alike)

  • Presentation skills, comfortable to speak to a group.

  • Commercial skills, long term account management based on value proposition.

  • Able to identify opportunities and close deals.

  • Able to report clearly to management on plans and achievements.
