Location: Sebes, jud. Alba

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Database Support Specialist to assist in maintaining and updating our bottle shape and barcode database. This role involves managing and ensuring the accuracy of product information, such as bottle designs, dimensions, and barcode data, in order to support our quality control processes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong aptitude for data entry and database management, excellent attention to detail.

Tasks:

• Update and maintain the database for bottle shapes, designs, sizes, and dimensions

• Ensure all barcode data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date within the system

• Regularly audit and verify the integrity of existing database information to ensure consistency

• Correct and resolve discrepancies related to bottle shapes and barcodes promptly

• Monitor changes in product specifications and update records accordingly

• Work closely with the Support teams to implement system enhancements or resolve database-related issues

• Assist in training other departments on how to access and utilize the database effectively

• Develop and document best practices for database maintenance

• Generate regular reports on database updates, discrepancies, and maintenance activities

• Maintain documentation related to database workflows and procedures

• Education in a commercial (e.g., office management, industrial clerk) or IT-related field./ Database Management or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)

• Proficiency in database management systems and creating reports

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.

• Fluent in Englisch (company standard language), Romanian is very much preferred
