Summary: Are you are an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with 5+ years of experience? We are moving all our entities to Dynamics 365 F&O / CE and would need you to connect the dots, translate customer requirements into solutions, realize the required interfaces between various sources. Tasks:

• Manage and monitor our Dynamics 365 environments, connected systems, dependencies and take care of LCS & Power Platform.

• Be the technical authority for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement (CRM, FSM, SCM) solutions.

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring data integrity, security, and system scalability.

• Define and document solution designs, integrations, and configuration guidelines for key business processes.

• Provide expert guidance on system customization, module selection, and best practices.

• Develop and maintain integration strategies, including APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Manage the database, and manage the various Dynamics 365 environments

• Deploy packages and solution updates from Microsoft.

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, CRM, and FSM.

• Certified expert using Microsoft Power Platform Admin Center, Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365 Azure Databases,  LCS.

• Certified expert for any Dual Write integration between, but not limited to, Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.

• Experience working in international, fast-paced environments, supporting global teams and diverse stakeholders.

• Fluency in Romanian and English

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Valid driving license for European travel and occasional travel to other Envipco locations.

• Flexibility to work outside standard office hours to collaborate with colleagues in different time zones.

• Knowledge of Prince2, Agile/Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
