Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Receptionist to ensure the smooth daily operation of our Warsaw office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting the local management team, coordinating with external service providers, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
· Organize internal meetings, company events, and business travel.
· Provide administrative support to the local management team across various departments.
· Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
Job requirements
-Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Fluent in Polish and very good command of English (spoken and written).
