Summary
Envipco Portugal is looking for a proactive, self-driven and goal-oriented Sales Manager with entrepreneurial and can-do mentality. With our solutions we support the Deposit Return System (SDR) in Portugal that will be launched in April 2026. The successful candidate will play a vital role in actively turning leads into business, close deals, always with a strong focus on achieving sales targets. With this you have an important contribution to our team in Portugal.
Key responsibilities:
Build out sustainable business in Portugal.
Develop and execute market segment specific sales strategies and execute them.
Develop and work according to account plans for the larger accounts.
Build up and maintain network with all FMCG Retailers and other stakeholders.
Demonstrate your results based on clear KPI’s and sales targets, short and long term.
This role reports into the Business Development Manager Portugal, who is based in Lisbon.
Job requirements
At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales roles with proven track record of achieving growth
High level network in FMCG retail
Degree in Business Administration, Commercial or Technical education
Comfortable with detailed discussion around machinery, logistics and materials management.
Able to develop a value proposition for each potential customer, based on their specific needs.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Able to build long term business relations.
Microsoft Office / 365 (strong in Excel, Word and ppt) / Teams / Dynamics
Presentation and Commercial negotiation skills.
