The position of Quality Manager includes tasks such as the management of quality employees, the development of a quality strategy with clear goals, the implementation of measures to ensure quality goals and compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001 standards. The Quality Manager is also responsible for evaluating customer complaints, training employees and suppliers, and leading quality improvement projects. The qualifications for this position include a degree in engineering or quality management, experience in working with quality management systems and audits, as well as organizational, communication and analytical skills, good Romanian and English skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the point of contact for management, managers and employees on quality issues.
  • You will be responsible for the further development of the quality management system and develop a quality strategy with clear quality goals in line with global strategy.
  • You support the implementation of measures to ensure quality targets.
  • You will initiate measures to meet the standards according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and evaluating quality statistics, coordinating improvement measures and monitoring the effectiveness of measures taken.
  • You evaluate customer complaints and derive measures to increase customer satisfaction, evaluate customer complaints about products in all markets and derive measures to increase customer satisfaction.
  • You train managers, employees and suppliers in terms of quality.
  • You lead quality improvement projects.
  • You organize and moderate quality management reviews.
  • You organize and carry out internal audits and supplier audits, monitor the follow-up of improvement measures to meet the standards according to DIN EN ISO 9001
  • You optimize and coordinate activities that influence the quality of products, processes, supplier parts, suppliers or systems.
  • You support risk analyses and implementation of measures.

Job requirements

Your Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, quality management or a related field (B.A. / M.A.)
  • You have already worked with quality management systems and are familiar with important quality instruments (Lean and Six Sigma is a plus)
  • You have experience in conducting internal audits and supplier audits.
  • You have experience in investigating incidents and analyzing root causes.
  • You have the ability to analyze and interpret key figures, derive measures and focus on the essentials.
  • You have strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • You have the ability to get other people excited about quality topics.
  • You are resilient and have self-confidence even in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken Romanian and English
