Quality Control Inspector

Envipco is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Quality Control Inspector. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality checks on completed Reverse Vending Machines and sub-assemblies for both new and refurbished Envipco equipment. This role will also provide support for the production and repair departments as needed. The Quality Control Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, ensuring timely delivery, upholding company standards and customer expectations, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Perform quality control inspections on all Envipco Reverse Vending Machines and sub-assemblies produced in the production and repair departments.

·          Conduct detailed visual and functional tests in accordance with Envipco’s quality standards.

·          Ensure all equipment is configured to meet specific customer requirements before delivery.

·         Accurately document inspection results, test outcomes, and any corrective actions taken.

·           Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues and coordinate effective resolutions.

·         Assist in ensuring that standardized work/processes are followed, countermeasures implemented, and that the area is compliant with all safety requirements.

·         Be flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and new orders as business needs evolve.

Qualifications/Experience:

·         Previous experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.

·         High school diploma required; completion of college coursework is a plus.

·         Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

·         Strong desire for personal and professional growth; motivated by challenges and learning opportunities.

·         Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

·         Demonstrates accountability, the ability to follow and provide direction, and lead by example.

·         Ability to lift 35 to 50 lbs.
