For our team in Sebeș (Alba County), we are looking for a:

Continous Improvement Specialist

Role Purpose:

The Continuous Improvement Process Specialist is responsible for identifying, leading, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the factory. The goal is to increase operational efficiency, reduce waste, and embed a culture of continuous improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and TPM.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify, plan, and execute continuous improvement projects in production and support processes.

·       Use tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, SMED, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and DMAIC to analyze processes and reduce waste.

·       Collect and analyze data to identify deviations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.

·       Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional teams in improvement initiatives.

·       Conduct workshops and training sessions (Kaizen, Lean tools) for shop floor and support staff.

·       Collaborate closely with departments such as production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to implement sustainable solutions.

·       Monitor and report the progress of improvement initiatives and KPIs to management.

·       Actively promote and support a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or other technical field.

•        Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

•        Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies (Green/Black Belt certification is a plus).

•        Experience in facilitating change and improvement projects.

•        Analytical mindset and data-driven; proficiency in Excel, Minitab, Power BI or similar tools.

•        Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.

•        Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
