Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both domestic and international logistics, with a strong focus on road and air transportation. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring efficient logistics operations.

Strong organizational skills, ERP system knowledge, and effective communication are essential.
Responsibilities:
Documentation and Compliance:
• Review and verify import/export documents, including commercial invoices and conformity certificates, for customs clearance.
• Ensure timely payment of duties in collaboration with the financial department.
• Monitor the status of all import/export shipments daily.
Coordination and Communication:
• Receive and verify commercial documents from suppliers, such as CMRs, invoices, quality certificates, and customs declarations.
• Distribute commercial documents to relevant departments, including accounting and warehouses.
• Organize and supervise domestic deliveries, updating delivery plans in collaboration with carriers and the commercial team.
Quotations and Orders:
• Request quotations from carriers and freight forwarders for road, air, maritime transportation, and storage (3PL).
• Issue purchase orders for freight and process product receipts upon receiving freight invoices.
Domestic Logistics:
• Organize and supervise domestic deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Calculate kilometres for domestic deliveries and issue purchase orders for freight.
• Update delivery files for RVMs.
International Logistics:
• Execute direct and indirect export operations in collaboration with the Logistics Team Leader.
• Prepare commercial documents for external clients under the supervision of the Logistics Team Leader
• Complete international transport documents (CMR).
• Obtain import authorizations for non-EU origin products.
Operations and Supervision:
• Develop work instructions for involved processes.
• Address requirements from the Global Logistics Manager.
• Participate directly in the aftermarket process.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics specialist role, with a balanced focus on domestic and international logistics.
• High school diploma/ equivalent or higher preferable
• Knowledge of import-export operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of Incoterms conditions
• Good English language skills (written, read, spoken)
