Responsibilities
Receiving requests from users of RVM machines (by phone, email, ticketing system).
Diagnosing problems related to hardware (sensors, input modules, touchscreen) and software (machine control, user interface, integration with external systems).
Providing remote technical support: analyzing machine logs, resetting devices, updating RVM software.
Cooperating with the field service team in escalating issues that require on-site service intervention.
Providing guidance to users (stores, collection points) on daily machine operation, basic maintenance, and fault reporting.
Creating and updating technical documentation, user manuals, and procedures for customers and service technicians.
Monitoring machine status and suggesting improvements related to reliability and operational efficiency.
Job requirements
Requirements
Experience in a technical support / help desk role (experience in automation, vending machines, or industrial equipment is an asset).
Basic knowledge of electronics and automation, with the ability to diagnose hardware faults.
Ability to work with operating systems and device software (Windows, Linux, Microsoft Dynamics).
Knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage).
Ability to work remotely and use remote access tools (remote desktops, VPN).
Strong communication skills: patience, empathy, and the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and good time-management skills.
Good command of English (minimum B2 level) — reading technical documentation and communicating with an international team.
Native or fluent Polish — providing support to Polish-speaking customers.
