Accountant (f/m/d) - fixed term contract 1 year

The Accountant works closely with various departments, management teams, and stakeholders to support all accounting processes.

Responsabilities:

• Register invoices of suppliers and customers in accounting software.

• Responsible for the daily verification of the balances in the bank, cash register and cash advances.

• Provides operative records of the company's treasury - evidence, records, cash pickups, cash payments.

• Register orders in the ERP system for the Financial Department.

• Track and control the stock records.

• Participates in the inventory of stocks.

• Manages and records settlements with employees.

• Participates in the preparation of half-yearly reports and annual financial statements.

• Ensures the verification of the correctness of all accounting articles, analyzes monthly the content and accuracy of all balances.

• Prepares periodical financial-accounting reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) according to the requests of the hierarchical direct superior.

• Performs other activities in connection with the performance of the work tasks related to its activity, only if they are established by authorized people, by hierarchical way and fall within the legal provisions.

• Maintains the confidentiality of the data and information to which it has access through the exercise of its duties.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

• Proven experience as a accounting specialist.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Fluency in English and Romanian. Additional languages are a plus.
