Envipco is a leading reverse vending machine (RVM) technology company with over four decades of experience providing machines that directly enable consumers to recycle their beverage containers and collect a deposit refund. Tasks

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the sales strategy on the Hungarian market

  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts in retail and other segments

  • Regular visits to partners, preparation of development proposals based on the strategy 

  • Elaboration of bids, presentation of offers, elaboration of documentation background, follow-up of issued offers

  • Drawing up contracts

  • Daily handling of customer needs and problems encountered

  • Contributing to and managing a customer satisfaction system  

  • A link between customers and Envipco's European organization, including our production facilities (USA, Germany, Romania, Greece) and headquarters in the Netherlands

  • Present results based on defined KPIs and sales targets in the short and long term

Job requirements

  • A degree in business administration, commerce or technology

  • At least 5 years of experience in international B2B commerce roles, preferably in automation, packaging or retail/supermarket environments

  • Ability to develop a value proposition for each potential client based on their specific needs

  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills

  • Fluency in English in writing and speaking

  • Willingness to travel in the country, region and Europe

  • Strong team player who can work in multidisciplinary teams

  • Ability to build long-term business relationships

  • Microsoft Office / 365 (powerful in Excel, Word and ppt) / Teams

  • Confident presentation skills before leadership level and larger staff

  • Trade knowledge

  • Ability to identify and evaluate opportunities and close deals

  • Ability to clearly report to management about plans and results
