Job description

As an HR Assistant at Envipco’s Netherlands office, you’ll be a key partner in delivering efficient, employee‑focused HR operations. You will support end‑to‑end administrative HR functions, assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, and serve as a trusted point of contact for employees. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team. This position can be full time or part time.

Tasks:

  • Support HR operations by maintaining employee records and files.

  • Coordinate the payroll with external consultant.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews and preparing new hire materials.

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

  • Contribute to the  implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR processes and procedures.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • Some experience in HR or admin (internships count).

  • Good knowledge of Dutch Labor law and HR administration processes.

  • Experience working with external payroll providers (preferred).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

  • Good communication skills and team player.

  • Comfortable using MS Office; HR software is a plus.

  • Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic about helping employees.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
