Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience. This role combines local HR administration, onboarding, employee support, and recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare employment contracts and manage employee documentation in line with Polish Labor law
Coordinate payroll processes with ADP, including data collection, verification, and monthly changes
Coordinate pre-employment and periodic medical examinations (medycyna pracy)
Administer employee benefits (private medical care, Multisport, company cars, mobile phones)
Organize onboarding processes (IT equipment, access, workplace setup)
Maintain personnel files, HR documentation, and internal procedures
Support recruitment processes and candidate communication
Organize mandatory H&S (BHP) training, internal meetings, and company events
Support internal communication and resolve employee-related issues
Job requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in an HR Generalist or similar role in Poland
Practical experience with payroll coordination, preferably with ADP
Good knowledge of Polish Labor law and HR administration processes
Experience working with external payroll providers
Experience working with international companies
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability
Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
