
Job description
As an HR Assistant at Envipco’s Netherlands office, you’ll be a key partner in delivering efficient, employee‑focused HR operations. You will support end‑to‑end administrative HR functions, assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, and serve as a trusted point of contact for employees. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team. This position can be full time or part time.
Tasks:
Support HR operations by maintaining employee records and files.
Coordinate the payroll with external consultant.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews and preparing new hire materials.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Contribute to the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR processes and procedures.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Some experience in HR or admin (internships count).
Good knowledge of Dutch Labor law and HR administration processes.
Experience working with external payroll providers (preferred).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Good communication skills and team player.
Comfortable using MS Office; HR software is a plus.
Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic about helping employees.
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
