Summary: You will play a vital role in shaping our knowledge infrastructure. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our documentation and training programs to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management

  • Oversee the company’s document control system to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.

  • Manage version control and maintain a centralized document library.

  • Create, update, and standardize SOPs, work instructions, manuals, and policies across departments.

  • Conduct gap analyses to identify outdated or non-compliant documentation and lead efforts to revise accordingly.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with process and document owners to ensure content relevance and alignment with Envipco standards

Training Program Development

  • Design and implement engaging, targeted training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and video tutorials.

  • Deliver training sessions (onsite and virtual) to onboard new employees and keep existing teams updated on policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback tools, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in documentation and training delivery methods.

  • Ensure all content and programs meet regulatory and internal compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for documentation and training initiatives and report findings to leadership.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation control, training development, or similar roles.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience creating engaging training content, including digital and interactive formats.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across all levels.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and quality frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001).
